Different ways to cover upper arms in summer
Many 40+ women like to cover their upper arms. My friend Anja is 1 of them.
So how do you cover your upper artillery while still staying cool? Anja volition share all her best tips with you lot too as some tops that y'all can currently buy online.
Equally I age, I find myself wanting to cover up more than and more parts of my trunk. I prefer presenting myself in the most flattering manner possible and that implies covering up 'ugly' parts, hiding loose skin, wrinkly parts, fat and so on. Some months agone I came to the conclusion that my inner upper arms are not appealing any more.
Hence no more naked arms. Does that mean that from then on I am only wearing full length sleeves? No, not at all.That would be very limiting in my choices in shopping and choosing from my own wardrobe. As well that, information technology would be very hot in summer or in a climate such equally we have here in Singapore. And finally, sometimes I but don't care, and I happily do wear sleeveless on a day like that 😉
Having said that, yous may recognise where I am coming from and therefore, I would similar to share my ideas with y'all.
Tips and inspiration for wearing sleeves when it is warm
To embrace up your arms yous can:
ane. Wear something with sleeves, a no brainer.
At that place is a lot of variation in sleeves though. In the length, the shape and the cloth.

- the hanging sleeve, a sleeve that opens down the side or front to let the arm to pass through
Anyway, no need to sum up ALL types of sleeves, simply I approximate this gives an idea of the possibilities.
At this point I mainly need to cover up my inner upper arms. The residue I find nonetheless showable. Therefore, and for coolness, sleeves with cut-out shoulders and cut-open sleeves would exist great for me too. Unfortunately those 2 types are not that easy to notice. Great for DIY, I think, simply personally I am no good with needle and thread.

The obvious solutions are cardigans, vests and boleros. They also come with the sleeve types mentioned above and in the materials mentioned. Some people may choose a shawl or pashmina, but every bit a cover up they don't work for me. Too much hassle to keep them in identify.
Some other idea is to wear a sleeved meridian, tunic or dress, preferably in a sheer material over the sleeveless item.
3. wear sleeveless and wear something with sleeves under that
This solution is the hardest, in my opinion. Merely it Tin exist done. The master risks are that the look can go or schooluniform-ish or a chip old lady-similar.
